We at Tshirtnice.store always want to bring customers quality fashion products and great shopping experiences. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, we are always ready to support you in returning and refunding. Please read the information below carefully to understand the return process and conditions.
1. Return within 30 days
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt, ensuring enough time to check the product.
After 30 days, we cannot process the return request.
The return period is calculated from the date you receive the product as recorded by the shipping unit.
2. Return conditions
The product is new, unused or washed, with no signs of wear or damage due to use.
The original labels and packaging must be intact.
The product is not eligible for promotion (unless there is a manufacturer defect).
We do not accept user-damaged products.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact customer service via email: [email protected], provide the order number, reason for return and photos if the product is defective.
Step 2: We will respond and confirm the request within 48 business hours, along with instructions for returning the product.
Step 3: You are responsible for returning the product and shipping costs (unless the product is defective due to the manufacturer).
Step 4: After receiving the product, we will check and proceed to refund if the return conditions are met.
4. Refund
The money will be refunded to the account or card you used to pay.
Refund time usually takes 30 business days, depending on the bank or payment service.
5. Late or missing refund If you have not received the money after the expected time:
Check your bank account or statement.
Contact your bank to check the status of the transaction.

6. Canceling orders within 24 hours
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any fees.
After 24 hours, the order may have been processed and cannot be canceled.
