Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
Currently, Tshirtnice.store only supports shipping within the United States. We plan to expand international shipping in the near future and will notify you as soon as we have an update.
2. Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $6.99 per domestic order.
3. Shipping Partners
At Tshirtnice.store, we work with reputable shipping companies such as FedEx to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and safely. Our partners provide an order tracking system that makes it easy for you to check the status of your order throughout the shipping process.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are finalized at 6:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday.
Order processing time is 1-3 business days after successful payment. During this time, we will check, pack, and ship your order to the shipping company.
5. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery time ranges from 7-15 business days depending on the delivery location.
Note: Delivery time does not include order processing time.
6. Tracking Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number can be used to check the status of your order on the shipping partner’s website.

7. Shipping Issues
We always strive to deliver on time, but delays may arise in the following cases:
Bad weather.
Unforeseen problems from the shipping company.
Incorrect delivery address from the customer.

8. Damaged or lost goods
We are responsible for the goods during the transportation process until they reach your address. If the product is damaged or the order is lost, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the goods for support to exchange or refund.
